This Mindfulness Course is for you, a modern woman who lives in the realities of the modern world. Your very busy, fast-paced life is full of pressures. You have lots of demands and a busy schedule. But your soft feminine nature is calling you to have more balance. You feel a desire to have deeper connections in your life, with yourself, your kids, your partner and your friends. Maybe you have been neglecting yourself for a while but you would like to change this now.

We all go through stress, fears and worries, we all feel them. But we want to find and sustain a happier, healthier and more fulfilled version of ourselves. This Mindfulness programme can help. It has been made by a modern woman just like you who’s deepest intention is to help as many women as she can reach a state of contentment, peace and happiness.

This course is for beginners. It is very simple and interactive. It consists  of video lessons, audio, podcasts, reading materials, quizzes etc. You will be asked to submit  a few exercises to me so we have a feedback loop. And also I will invite you to take part in the discussion so you can share your feelings and thoughts from a particular exercise and see how others responded to it as well.

The course consists of four main sections:

– Creating Secret Space for mindfulness practice

– Loving Your Body

– Mindfulness on the Go

– Mindfulness for your Relationships

I expect that it will take you a few days to complete each section so you will get an access to a new section every three days. Feel free to come back to the previous exercises and practice them again and again.
