You are Ready for your First Practice!
Guided Mindfulness Practice for Stress Reduction. 10 minutes only.
Make sure you pick a comfortable position. Put your headphones on. Ensure you are not going to be disturbed for 10 minutes. If you are sitting down, make sure your back is straight, your feet are firmly on the ground and your chin is lifted up a little bit so you remain alert.

The back ground music was just perfect.
The voice was very calm and it was very well done – I think it helped that I have met Julie before so I could visualise the other aspects of communication.
I think it really helped doing the meditation with headphones as it just helps it seem a bit more internal – the voice directly in your head and it also helps eliminate back ground noise to help focus on the exercise.
