Focus on Good Stuff
Here is my list:
- Great music on my Spotify that uplifts my mood through the day
- Sweets..mmm…chocolates
- Morning exercise
- A nice cup of tea
- A book I have been reading
- Conversation with my son
- Getting closer to releasing this course
- Being excited about seeing friends later on
- Purple tulips in bloom in my living room
- Being able to work from home and manage my own schedule
I guess my list consists of quite simple things. Food definitely makes us happy 🙂
