The best way to practice wellbeing is to do it together. You can add a few minutes of wellbeing to your virtual team meetings.

Wellbeing can only become a part of your working culture if you practice it regularly and ideally together.

 

Learning Wellbeing does not have to be complicated.

You can spend a few minutes in your meeting practising certain exercises.

Our short exercises will help you to facilitate the process. Try and notice the difference it makes to your meetings!
