Welcome to our Mindfulness for Leaders online course.

We are very passionate about introducing mindfulness into the business world and provide business people with an opportunity to explore mindfulness practice, its impact on their daily schedule, decision-making, relationships and a vision for themselves.

We are so powerful as Human Beings but often we don’t even notice because we are stuck in our busy daily routines, being constantly occupied by our thoughts, worries, plans, trying to achieve the next target and often staying oblivious to what lies within us: the wisdom, the insight, the strength and the power.

During the next 4 weeks we will take you on a journey to a place of greater self-awareness, deeper connection with yourself and your body and mind, clarity and peace.

From that place you can learn to observe the daily application of your leadership skills that will bring fresh realisations and imminent changes.

In any leadership role you are a role model, whether you are a leader of a big business, a small team, a household or a leader of self. As a role model you define the conditions for external environment, relationships, vision and goals.

If you are stressed your team will be stressed, if you are unhappy, your household is unhappy, If you lack energy, your business lacks energy etc. etc.

It is important to learn to start paying attention, really noticing everything that is happening around you and within you right now, at this moment of time. Mindfulness is not only a practice but  is also a way of living and working.

Every ordinary act can be transformed into the act of mindfulness and step by step you can start transforming your life and the lives of others.

Julie has been helping organisations embed meaningful and impactful employee wellbeing programmes. She designed and led a number of mindfulness programmes and workshops for various companies in the last 4 years. Julie brings warm humour and extensive knowledge to her courses.
